Bograč goulash

Bograč goulash.


100 g (3 ½ oz.) cured bacon, finely chopped

370 g (13 oz.) pork, diced

370 g (13 oz.) beef, diced

1 kg (2 lb) onions, chopped

1 fresh red pepper

seasoning and herbs

Fry onions on bacon, add diced pepper, meat, water and salt. Allow to cook for 1 hour, then add potatoes, seasoning and herbs, and boil for another 30 minutes.
