Toč with Prosciutto

200g (7 oz) prosciutto (not too dry)

Terrano wine

Thinly slice prosciutto keeping the strip of fat along the edge. Fry the slices on medium heat on both sides without oil, then add Terrano wine. Simmer for about a minute, and serve hot, best with slices of homemade bread or polenta for dipping.
