Ingredients:
500 g (17 1/2 oz) medium potatoes
250 g (8 3/4 oz) cottage cheese
80 ml (1/3 cup) sour cream
salt
white peppercorns
Scrub unpeeled potatoes and wash them thoroughly, place them into cold water, boil, and cook slowly about 20 minutes. When done, halve the potatoes, and put them in a warmed bowl.
Prepare topping by mixing cottage cheese and sour cream. Season with salt and freshly ground white pepper.
